Possible Security Deal between Kabul Washington Follows Diverse Perspectives

A number of countries and international organizations have interpreted signing of the Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA) in favor of Afghanistan's national interests and appreciate the agreement to be inked between Afghanistan and the United States. These countries have strongly supported presence of the US forces in Afghanistan post-2014.

 
Russian federation has declared signing of the BSA as right of Afghanistan being a sovereign country. The Russian envoy to Afghanistan has said that although signing of the Bilateral Security Agreement in some extent limits the national sovereignty, Moscow expects that the agreement will not endanger security of the central Asian States and Russia.
"The Russian stance on the BSA is that Afghanistan is a sovereign country and has right to sign agreement with any country in line with its national interests, but such agreements shouldn't threaten interests of central Asian states and Russia", said Zamir Kabulov, Russian envoy to Afghanistan.
Meanwhile, German Ambassador to Afghanistan has twitted, "Signing of the Bilateral Security Agreement is in the interests of both international community and Afghanistan".
In addition, Amnesty International has also supported holding of the Consultative Loya Jirga for signing the Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA) between Kabul and Washington. In a press release, Amnesty International has demanded the Jirga Participants to focus on modality of lives of civilians during the US military operations.
"Hundreds of innocent Afghan civilians have been killed over the last twelve years in the Afghan villages during the US military operations conducted against the Taliban, but the US hasn't answered these casualties, so the Jirga participants should focus on the issue", Amnesty International said.
But, the Taliban have rejected the move and warned that by signing the Security Agreement with Kabul, United States intends to damage the Islamic values and change the country to a colony. They have further proclaimed the Jirga as fake and the main cause of prolongation of war.
"The US intention for signing such agreements is to influence other nations and bring them under their domination. In all cases, the US gives priority to the material resources and for this purpose, the US doesn't bother to suppress the religious, cultural and history of other nations", Taliban press release.
These assertions come at a time while in an exclusive interview with TOLOnews, Iranian Ambassador to Afghanistan supported the BSA with reservations.
